Resource Details

This 32-page document guides United Way grantees in making the connection between outcomes and community impact. It encourages grantees to ask a set of guiding questions of their own clients, related to the services they need, support networks they have, and community changes that affect them. They encourage groups of United Way programs to join together to look for trends and patterns that bring community issues into focus, and suggest themes that could guide discussions for such groups. The piece then gives guidance in communication, and suggests procedures and ideas to ensure that organizational learning is captured and shared.
